What are The ESTAS?

The ESTAS is primarily a celebration of estate and letting agents, and property industry suppliers, reviewed and scored by their customers for the quality service they have provided during the selling, buying, renting and letting process. 

The ESTAS take place annually (COVID permitting) and the estate and letting agents have a period of 9 months in which to gather reviews from their customer base, and those reviews will then be assessed against other agents in their location, to conclude with winners being announced for both sales (from buyers and sellers) and lettings (from landlords and tenants).

Participants on the shortlist for each location will be invited to a formal lunch and awards ceremony, one of the most anticipated and prestigious events in the property industry calendar, held at the stunning Grosvenor House Hotel Ballroom in Park Lane, London, the next event being on Tuesday 29th March 2023.

By joining the ESTAS your estate or letting agency business can create genuine customer reviews which will convert to Google Reviews with the click of a button, and which will drive traffic to your website.  You can showcase your reviews in real-time on your own website with a quick plug-in, and, of course, you can showcase these on all of your social media platforms.

As an estate or letting agent, it is hugely important to give “social proof” of your customer service offering.  Let’s face it, almost everything to buy these days, will have a review listing, and if you don’t take notice of these then you are in the minority.  Of course, Google is the best review platform, for the most obvious reason, that based on 4.72 billion internet users worldwide it has a market share of 92.24%.  The ESTAS gives every reviewer the opportunity to duplicate their review directly on Google with the click of a button.  It means that you can show off your amazing service on 2 platforms for the price of one!

  1. Nostalgia

The ESTAs is very close to the heart of our MD, Jane Gardner.  Her estate and letting agency started using the awards platform back in 2008, and she rose up to being a Grand Prix Sales & Lettings Overall Winner in 2013, just before she sold her business.  Jane says “it was the true awards platform, the one voted by my own clients and it was an absolute delight to be part of the growth of the event.  Nowadays it is fabulous, not only to have the awards ceremony to look forward to but to be able to showcase your great customer comments every day as they are posted.  Plus, what a bonus to meet the main man, Mr Spencer!”

These are the minimum number of reviews that need to be on your ESTAs dashboard when the review window closes:

Sales (rated by Sellers & Buyers) A minimum of 15 reviews (combined)

Lettings (rated by Landlords) A minimum of 15 reviews

Lettings (rated by Tenants) A minimum of 15 reviews
