Introducing structure is essential for creating streamlined processes, and Ashington Page have done just that for onboarding new clients, as well as preparing new literature addressing fees and services. This allows the team to develop confidence in carrying out the process – a confidence which naturally passes to the client.

As part of their drive to expand the lettings department, they also created a landlord obligations booklet and offered it as a free download, promoting it using Facebook advertising. Sending regular newsletters
… they’re now making the most of by sending out regular newsletters. Again, it’s all about implementing a structured process by following the journey from the download of the landlord obligation guide, to keeping in regular contact via newsletter (with informative content) they’re now making the best of their leads.
