Having been an estate agency owner herself for over 20 years, and in the property industry since 1986, Jane Gardner understands how special your brand is to you, and that is why we only produce bespoke content for all of our clients. Back in 2008 Jane became increasingly frustrated with the process for updating her company website. At the time, Jane’s estate agency was part of a franchise called Parkheath Estates, and in order to update the website, everything had to go to the head office, then to the web developer, and maybe a few weeks later the changes would appear. At the time, Jane and her business partners were looking to get out of their franchise agreement and re-brand as Sewell & Gardner. This was the perfect time for a new website, and after meeting with pretty-much all of the big property industry website developers, Jane decided on a completely different course of action. She joined forces with a locally recommended website development company, who were moving into the estate agency market, and trained to build her own website, using the WordPress platform. 11 years later, Jane is obsessed with the power of a website, and, in particular, the ‘back-end’ called the Content Management System. Jane and FL1 Digital still work closely together building, designing, and CONTENT WRITING estate agency websites, which are beautiful on the outside, and amazingly brilliant on the inside!
