All new clients will receive a FREE ZOOM consultation appointment in order to discuss their particular requirements and for us to get a feel for the business, whilst ascertaining if we do indeed have the tools to assist you. Our particular approach is based heavily upon the need for exceptional customer service and commitment from senior management, fully engaging all members of staff from part-time negotiators, accounts and administrative teams, through to property managers, lettings and sales consultants, and branch or regional managers. Without your full commitment to the ideas and plans we make, I’m afraid your investment with us will be ineffectual.

After your initial consultation, you will receive a brief overview of our meeting and the main points raised, along with our structure for moving forward and our hourly, daily or monthly rates as a guideline for further discussion. At this stage you will not be given suggestions or recommendations, they will come as we work alongside you and your team.

We are currently working remotely using ZOOM for our meetings.

Cost per hourly session: £175.00 + VAT

Mentoring of senior staff or business owners

One to one mentoring is great to really delve into the workings of the business and get a complete plan in place for the future growth of your business and personal goals for yourself or a senior team member. This system works best over a period of 12 months with at least 2 sessions per month. These sessions are perfect if an area of your business is underperforming, or if you want to put a solid plan in place to retain great members of staff and see them progress within the company.

Zoom sessions are £175+VAT per hour

Pricing does include session preparation and contact between sessions as required (subject to common sense on the amount of time taken up!!)
Marketing Strategy for your Business

These sessions are designed to assist with the marketing of your business. Together we will look at your target audience for each service you offer and plan the best ways to reach that audience, both organic and paid advertising strategies, PR, social media marketing and SEO.

Business Strategy Sessions

These sessions are a specific time when the key team members get together with me (and I may sometimes suggest other associates come to join us) in order to really brainstorm and come up with a brilliant plan for a project or event. They can also work if you have an idea you want to pursue because they are designed to get the creative brain juices flowing and to cement a plan of action.

For these meetings, we advise that you are somewhere quiet where you will not be distracted or interrupted.
