Project 1: A Day with “Tracy Thorne Estates” in Chislehurst

This summer, we’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with Tracy Thorne Estates, a female-owned, independent estate and lettings agency based in the heart of Chislehurst, to support the build of their brand-new website.

As the visual direction came together, it became clear that new photography was essential to capture the warmth, professionalism, and personality of the team, along with their vibrant community, office settings, and local landmarks across Chislehurst, Bromley, and beyond. To make this happen, we brought in Patricia to review the site-in-progress via Zoom, ensuring the photoshoot would align perfectly with the look and feel we envisioned.

Tracy took the lead on location styling, choosing colour-coordinated props and backdrops at her home and a client’s property. With a few wonderful local clients also stepping in to model, we had the perfect mix of real interactions and lifestyle scenes.

A detailed brief was sent over to both Patricia and the Tracy Thorne Estates team, listing out every shot needed—from team portraits and client interactions to iconic Chislehurst spots like the pond, Chislehurst High Street, and local schools. With over 500 beautifully shot images delivered (all geotagged and SEO-optimised with alt-text), building out the site was seamless—and the results? Everyone’s thrilled!

Project 3: A Fresh Look for “Prime Estates” in Birmingham

This September, we had the pleasure of partnering with Prime Estates, a leading independent estate agency in Birmingham, to deliver a brand-new photography collection for the relaunch of their brand new website, and we’ll be taking over their social media marketing this October too!  Give them a follow: FACEBOOK INSTAGRAM

From the start, the brief was clear: capture the professionalism, expertise, and personality of the Prime Estates team, while showcasing their friendly office environment and client-first approach. We worked closely with Patricia to create a polished, approachable visual identity that reflects the trust and knowledge that define the Prime Estates brand.

With a mix of team portraits, natural interactions, award moments, and behind-the-scenes meetings, every image was thoughtfully styled and planned to align with the website layout and upcoming content strategy. The shoot took place in their beautiful office, surrounded by wall-to-wall local property listings and the maps that keep their service so tailored and community-focused.

A detailed visual plan meant nothing was left to chance, and the result? A gallery of modern, professional images that breathe new life into their digital presence. With these visuals now live on the website and ready to roll out across social channels, we’re excited to bring even more energy and consistency to Prime Estates’ online voice as we begin managing their social media this month!

Project 3: A Day with “Rents” in Ipswich

Another recent favourite shoot was with the energetic team at Rents in Ipswich, specialists in lettings and property management, captured ahead of their exciting new website launch.

In just one day, Patricia managed to produce over 250 dynamic images that truly reflect the essence of the Rents brand: friendly, knowledgeable, and community-driven. From polished office setups to relaxed team chats, meetings with landlords and moments with their adorable office dog, every photo told a story.

But this wasn’t just a “turn up and shoot” session. We worked hand-in-hand with the Rents team to deeply understand their values, audience, and how they wanted to be seen. A custom photoshoot plan was drawn up with Patricia to ensure nothing was missed. The result? A shoot that was both well-structured and genuinely fun. The team’s energy shines through in every frame, and the final website has a personal, professional feel to match.
