Content, Graphic Design & Imagery

We will use our CANVA platform along with Adobe products (Photoshop, Premierpro etc) to design your content, utilising your branding, colours, look and feel for all of the posts on your chosen platforms.  If you request additional work to be undertaken, such as e-books, postcards, brochures, area guides, these should be booked in advance and the costing is as follows:

• Area Guides are fully researched by us and supplied in article format (750 and 1000 words) £187.00+VAT
• E-books are provided in PDF format – a great idea for sponsored ads or website downloads, in exchange for client email data (priced from) £187.00+VAT (>10 pages)
• Additional pages for PDF booklets £15+VAT
• Licensed stock images – from £15.99+VAT each (price increases for studio premium images (POA)

Video content on your social media platforms or website

If you wish us to take property still photos or raw video footage from your phone and prepare a video/vidette for social media we can do this.

• Price is £25.00+VAT / property – sized for the platforms you choose and returned as an MP4 file

If you wish for your video content to be edited, transcribed or altered prior to publishing, we are happy to organise this on your behalf.  We can also ensure that your videos are correctly optimised on your hosting platform (youTube, Vimeo, Facebook etc) and visible to Google.

We love to write blogs and articles, we ensure that everything we write is bespoke to you because we know that Google HATES duplicated content. You will never see anything that we write for you on the website or social feeds of other agencies, wherever they are in the country!  We are SEO experts as well as being property experts, so you can rest assured your article will be factual, accurate and search engine optimised.
